1. Who we are

badmintonracketreview.com (“Badminton Racket Review”, “we”, “us”) is run by Badminton Racket Review Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07626511), registered office 237 North Hyde Lane, Southall, London, UB2 5TZ, United Kingdom. Contact: info@badmintonracketreview.com.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The site is free

All racket, string and shuttle reviews, test results and comparisons in the E-zone are free to read. You do not need an account. We no longer sell subscriptions or memberships, and no payment is taken on this website.

3. Our reviews and test results

  • Every racket we review is restrung with Yonex BG65 at 25 lbs and tested on court by the same player, using the same shuttles and the same equipment.
  • Our scores and measurements reflect the racket we tested. Rackets from the same model can vary slightly, so your own racket may measure a little differently.
  • Reviews are our honest opinion and are for general information. They are not a guarantee of how a racket will suit you.
  • We do not accept payment from manufacturers for reviews.

4. Using our content

The reviews, scores, photos, videos and designs on this site belong to Badminton Racket Review Ltd. You are welcome to:

  • read and share links to our pages;
  • quote a short extract (such as a score) with a clear credit and a link back to the page.

Please do not copy whole reviews, test photos or data tables onto another website, app or product without our written permission.

5. Links, our shop and advertising

  • “Buy” links take you to our own shop at badminton-racket-review.com, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
  • The site shows advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separate from our reviews and do not affect our scores. We do not earn affiliate commission from any links on this site.
  • We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may update reviews, scores and these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, because the site is free and for information only, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from purchase decisions made using it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
